Excellent customer service from all the employees iv met 3 so far. Went in looking for a particular kind of soil it wasn't something they normally stocked, but Jason got on the computer and saw he could get it for me and ordered right away. Plus, he had the best price around. This is a locally owned and operated business with very knowledgeable people working there. I highly recommend giving them a visit and letting them help you with all your growing needs!!

These guys are awesome. I just moved to the state in February and have been scoping the area for a shop and then boom.. I go to these guys as my go to spot now, no complaints at all. I found myself speaking to the owner, Jason, the first time I went and felt welcomed immediately. There was no rush in service and every question I had was answered, thoroughly! I try not to take anyone's time and I'm in and out of stores but you feel so welcomed there you'll strike up a conversation. I recommend the store to anyone looking for kind, respectable and competent individuals who know how to help.

****read this entire review!!!!**** Came into the store and was IMMEDIATELY greeted with a warm smile by April. I was with a family member conducting business. I didn't have a need or interest. I ended up bumping talking with a friendly guy named Jason. Even though he knew I wasn't a customer spending money, he took his time to share the passion/expertise he has for farming/hydroponics. Come to find out, he is the owner. Spend 5 mins with these folks and you'll feel like they have a PHD, in growing! I left very impressed with the experience I had AND without spending one penny! Imagine if I needed to spend money to solve a problem.....? They are all about educating/serving their customers while giving them an exceptional experience. It is because of this, I am completely comfortable refering family/friends. I wish I had a need for their services because I wouldn't blink an eye driving out of my way to get to them!

Jason really knows his stuff! Really good nutrient lines and a great selection of soil. A real one stop shop for growing indoors. All the way down to making edibles. I also really love that they have a club to join. Getting a community of people together who share the love of growing things. A great knowledge base. They really want you to succeed.

We went in originally to buy a grow tent for my reptile pet, and they were very knowledgeable about the quality of the tent and all the things that go along with it. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and their original intended purposes (lol) and they discussed with my husband growing his own...garden. he is able to do so with confidence because they took their time explaining everything, step by step, and were thorough with all the answers to my husband's questions. Will be back!
